Very disappointing

I bought this chair a little over a month ago after having used a very basic office chair for the last 18 months. I noticed on the first day that after about an hour my lower back would ache, but after googling I was told this was normal for the first week. I have now used it everyday for the last month & my lower back is still under great discomfort. The lumbar support is extremely strong even on the weakest setting which puts a lot of pressure on the spine. I am having to stand up every hour to stretch and walk around just to bare it. Also the armrest & seat do not lock into place very well and swivel/move which is frustrating. I spent $800 in total, which is so much money, for a chair that is worse than my $80 one from officeworks. Fingers crossed they respond to my return form.
