The armpads on your Ergohuman IOOB chair are designed to be slightly soft for comfort when you rest your arm on the pad. Over time they can become damaged or scuffed if they contact other furniture and the rubber may eventually perish. The Ergohuman IOOB Fit arm pads have been designed to be easily unscrewed and replaced with new armpads. The following Video is of an Ergohuman Luxury Chair, however the process of replacement is basically the same.
