The armpads on your IOO Executive chair or IOO High Back chair are designed to be slightly soft for comfort when you rest your arm on the pad. Over time they can become damaged or scuffed if they contact other furniture and the rubber may eventually perish. The IOO Executive Chair armpads have been designed to be easily unscrewed and replaced with new armpads.
