An Ergohuman chair arrives packed in a box to ensure you receive it in pristine condition. Assembly takes approximately 15 mins for one person. Everything you require is included in the box and the instructions are attached to the chair and also available as a pdf or video HERE.

Delivery is usually 1-3 working days in metro areas and 3-6 working days for regional areas. In Metro areas we use a local Courier who usually collects and delivers the same day. For regional areas we select Carriers for the best service for your post code. A boxed Chair weighs 30-35kg and is above manual handling limits for 1 person.

Amazing product and service

I ordered the Ergohuman 2 Luxury online and accidentally selected the wrong accessory for another chair. The friendly staff called to confirm the order and corrected it for me on the spot—amazing service! This is my second Ergohuman; my first one lasted over 10 years. Outstanding quality!

Great chair, great value, great customer support

3 weeks or so in with daily use and I'm very happy with this purchase. My posture has improved, back pain is reduced. The support team have been very helpful with any questions. Installation was a breeze.

An excellent chair

For years I used the same old cheap office chair, I finally decided to get a new one. I've been using my new Ergohuman 2 chair for one month now and can never go back. Well worth the price. Very comfortable, very adjustable, quality materials. Simple to assemble.Absolutely worth it.

Leg rest a gimick

Overall great chair. However It does have its shortcomings. .. Adjusting tilt back tension was designed by an idiot. Who rotates a dial 30 times??!! And it would be nice if the lumbar support could be removed entirely. The adjustments on the angle of the armrest are ridiculously extreme. Nobody needs them tilted in beyond 45°. Finally adjusting it is very annoying in that It only adjusts in one direction. So if you miss the sweet spot where you like your arm rest you have to go all the way to the top to go back down to the bottom and count your clicks until you get it set to the height that you like. But once you have it adjusted it is very comfortable. It's unfortunate that the person responsible for adjustment design was an idiot.

Excellent chair, easier to assemble than expected. Comfortable 9/10, fit is 9/10 & features 10/10, service + answering questions. Adjustability is incredible to allow just right settings for your comfort. Box that the chair comes in is MASSIVE. All items are secure from damage during freight. Delivery service as on point as advised too.

Well worth the cost - has made a huge difference in recovery.

I am currently recovering from an motor vehicle incident where I was rear-ended while on my motorbike by an inatentive P plater at a red light. I have been struggling with not being able to sit due to nerve pain and lower back pain. The Ergo 2 has been a night and day difference with being able to sit for longer then 15 minutes. I still can not sit in normal chairs but the Ergo 2 supports the right places to allow me to get back to a normal work routine. I work in IT which now consists of alot more sitting while I am unable to carry out field work. I am a big&tall guy of 6'3 93kg, I do wish that the seat was a tad wider, however this is the case with every other chair regardless so it isn't really a valid complaint. There are not hotspots when sitting and is very comfortable. I have havn't seen any reviews on the leg rest addon, it is 100% worth the little bit extra. I just wish i also went all in with also getting the Laptop attachment to get the full experience.

Most adjustable chair

Why dont they make every chair like this? You can sit in almost any position and not experience discomfort. Exceptionally made and well thought out.
