Very good
Pros: The chair is very easy to put together, it’s heavy, so therefore feels sturdy and it’s very comfy. It also has lots of adjustments which is neat.
Cons: The headrest sucks as the cushion part tilts up and down, but it’d be better if it went up and down or most importantly, moves forward. The arms are also annoying to get into place, as there’s no physical tell of when it’s at its highest and getting it into a good position was made harder than necessary.
Yes, I know there’s a couple of extra add-ons of both items but I don’t want to pay extra for a potentially same or worse component of the chair.

My favourite chair
It took a little longer than expected to arrive, but this is probably the best chair I've ever owned. Super comfortable, super adjustable and the roller skate wheels glide smoothly over any surface

Excellent service, communication and updates--especially appreciated as there was a 30-day backorder.
Chair arrived well-handled and protected, and carton was in perfect condition.
Most importantly, the chair is everything I had expected, and more--very well constructed, very supportive and comfortable.

This chair is an investment in my comfort and back. I've had this chair for a couple of weeks now and wow. Money well spent. I got the foot rest add on as well and can recommend. Good for working from home, good for playing video games either with K&M or controller. The arm rests really make the difference. We will be getting one for my partner next. 10/10 would get again.

Best chair and customer service.
I've had my chair for about 7 months now and I am incredibly happy with it. It is so comfortable and easy to adjust. I can sit in my chair for many hours at a time and never get uncomfortable.
The customer service is great and makes dealing with them refreshingly simple.

The chairs were delivered within a few days, well packaged. Very easy to assemble. The chairs are very comfortable and I purchased 2 of them. My wife uses hers all day as she works at home, she is very impressed also.

A Perfect Office Chair
Recently purchased the Ergohuman 2 Elite Platinum Mesh. It is a fantastic chair, looks great, and extremely well built. Highly recommended. . The only thing not giving it 5 star is I wish the lumbar support could be softened right off to my requirement…
