Fantastic Quality
Robert was very professional, helpful and patient as I went back and forth between the Ergohuman options and two other brands. I had originally gone with another brand, but I ran way too hot in it. I returned it and came back to the first chair that had caught my eye. The Ergohuman 2 Luxury SE. I'm thrilled to say it lives up to its promises, reviews and price.
The mesh is perfect. I can't say I've sat on a more comfortable desk chair. The option to control the seat tension is genius. The lumbar support and back are fantastic, with just enough support, but not overbearing. The armests are so soft and allow a lot of customization. The headrest is comfortable and sturdy. The only downside I had, and a very small one at that, is the headrest doesn't move back and forth. But regardless, I'm beyond happy. For reference, I'm 6'1" and broaded than most. I fit nicely with the seat slid forward. It would suit people who are a variety of heights.

Luxury 2 mesh chair
The chair is great quality, very comfortable and stylish. Unfortunately shipping was significantly complicated and delayed, but successful in the end.
